Now the new film camera PRAKTICA MTL 5! HELIOS 44-2 58mm F2.0 in Nippori Textile District
I will introduce a new camera MTL 5! I guess it’s gotten a bit better! This time lens is Helios 44-2.
Film cameras feel that the light from the lens directly burns directly to the film, but I feel that the sharpness of the picture has been raised from the previous PLC3.
Again, it may be that there was a problem with the previous PLC3.
But, though.
I just noticed the photos on the blog and I noticed it. There are a black belt at the top of the photo.
To all.
It looks like the film is misaligned.
Well it is not fatal, but film camera is quite easy to break.
Blur, Sharp, etc.
Finally I got a sense of stability in the focus.
Achieving results in being careful about camera shake.
It seems that the difference with digital is not so much.
It may be difficult to understand film-likeness if color and contrast are not attached.
Helios’ like soft and mellowy blur and unexpectedly sharp focusing surface.
Oh, this is good.
The contrast of the dark part is not crushed at a good gradation, and it feels good at all color. Especially green and the light brown color of the door is a good feeling.
This is my favorite piece.
I wanted to compare the differences in the diaphragm, so I narrowed it slightly.
Although it is easy to understand the difference of the blurred bokeh, I noticed that the one that squeezed down other was greener on the whole.
Whether this is changing with the diaphragm, whether it is incident light at that time, if it is possible to express the color, I would like to know.
Depiction, texture , composition
I like a film-like texture.
Considering from the color difference of the comparison of the previous comparison, it seems that it is open and I feel that magenta is applied.
This is green of the light, it seems to be slightly different from the greening of the above mentioned aperture.
There was a pair of other, compared with the taking of aperture.
Looking at the part of the leaf, the one that opened the iris is yellowish, the one who closed it is bluish.
Originally it is green, so how do you think about it?
I think that it is a comparison between F2.0 and F8.0, so if it is about F 5.0 it will be said that ordinary color will come out.
When this expression in the shade goes well, the film is too fun.
If it feels like this, shade portrait seems to be interesting.
If you can lower the exposure one more step, the flowers in front of the show window came out.
Compared with the dark part, I think that it is difficult for the light of the light part to be easily collapsed.
This is a little high key.
Well the atmosphere is out, but if it lowered about two steps later and pulled a little more, it was perfect.
A dog sleeping happily.
Hair expression is pretty nice. I feel that this texture does not come out with the former PLC. The state of the camera is important.
Camera
The camera is Praktica MTL 5 made by Pentacon, fourth generation in 1983.
It is in good condition. I will make it a main camera for a while.
Film is Fujifilm's standard ISO 100 36shots.

Helios 44-2 F2.0 58mm
Helios, the most famous Russian lens in the old lens.
There are two or more similar models such as 44-2, 44M, 44, etc. Although it is slightly confusing, none can enjoy a soft depiction which is amazing blur.
There are articles when you took it with a digital camera, so please do a reference.

A walking street
“Nippori Textile Street” City recommendation degree★★★★☆=4
It is a feeling that it is easy to walk because there are relatively old townscapes and historical items from this area to the Tani-sen area.
This time I came to buy a black cloth for photography in the textile street.
It is a thankful place to have a large amount of fabric of 1m/100 yen.
There is a bronze statue just to say that you can take a photoThere is a bronze statue just to say that you can take in front of the station.
I guess it is a historic statue. in front of the station.
I wonder if there are various histories in the place and surely related to it.
It is slightly over exposed.
At the end is Napolitan, in an old-fashioned Showa style coffee shop.
There must be only Napolitan! If you come to such a store.
Coffee shooting made a scene.
While taking advantage of Helios’ sense of distance and blur, I feel a sense of reflection of coffee by squeezing a little.
I feel like I can handle film for a while.
