The Flektogon 35mm is famous for its quasi-wide-angle 35mm.
However, it hasn’t hit the market so much, so I took my favorite Curtagon 35mm and walked the continuation of the last time.

Curtagon 35mm, which seems to be the most popular these days.
The influence of the sun is strong and it is a little difficult to handle.

However, since it is a lens with specifications that are easy to use, I think it is a good lens recommended by everyone.

With Curtagon, I want to shoot colorful subjects,
This time, I mainly shot the texture expressed by the old lens.

It is fun to take a picture at an angle and the area around the image will be distorted.
It seems to be a semi-wide-angle lens of an old lens and is powerful.

It came out shallowly.
It’s a little cloudy.
If there is strong sunlight, the green will be darker and the composition will be calm.

This is unexpectedly good.
It was a shaded area with pinpoint sunlight, so it had a nice contrast and the color of Curtagon was also nice.

The word “open” has a slightly interesting atmosphere.
At this short distance at full aperture, the amount of light around the image drops, adding a nice texture.

Is it a flower?
One piece with a standard composition.
The monotone purple is nice.

Take advantage of the quasi-wide angle to the back alley.
I think it would have been perfect if the flowers were in bloom, but I also like this monotone feel.

The halation-like depiction is like an old lens.
I thought that the amount of peripheral light would drop a little more, but
Well, I wonder if this is all right.

This feeling of shallowness seems to be Curtagon.

The light was dim, but I feel that the color of Curtagon is nice.

I feel that this color does not bring out another Curtagon taste with this amount of light.

The taste was unexpectedly good.
It seems that the distance is good except for the faucet.

I like this kind of thing unexpectedly.
I don’t really feel like Curtagon, but there is something like happiness that I found a little while walking in the back streets of the city.

It has a nice presence, but it feels like a commemorative shot.

At the end, make a standard flower.
To be honest, I think it would have been nice to have a little more sunshine, but I think this is good for this slightly sleepy feeling.

From Nihonbashi to Kyobashi

Continuing from the last time in Nihonbashi, I couldn’t remember the last exit because there were too many exits.

I couldn’t find anything like the izakaya on the back street that I liked last time, so I walked somehow.

I found a Pokemon Center.
I’ve heard rumors that children are in paradise.
Paradise was in such a building district.

And after passing the department store, there was no one.
Well, it’s a Sunday office district, so it’s natural.
There are few people who live, so I wonder if there are no people if there are no people to come.

I’m planning to go to Kyobashi, but the place name Kabutocho has begun to appear.
After all there is no one at all.

Even chain stores seem to be open only in the morning on Saturdays and Sundays.

Turn back on the way and head toward Kyobashi.

There are many places where highways run under a small bridge in this area, and to be honest, it is a murderous landscape.

I didn’t have anything to shoot, so I just focused on shooting the back alleys of the city.
Even if you make a mistake, it is not a course that comes on a date.

It’s a little like a subject that I finally found.

And arrived near the destination.
This bridge is near where I used to work, so it’s a familiar view.

Next time, I would like to take a walk in the alleys that I had detoured at lunch.

About Curtagon 35mm

Like the Xenon zebra pattern, I think it’s a good lens, but there aren’t many, and it’s more expensive than Carl Zeiss Jena lenses with similar specs.
Still, I feel that it is often in better condition than Zeiss lenses.

As I wrote at the beginning, 35mm is easy to use for city shooting, and Curtagon has a good depiction, so I think it is a recommended city shooting lens along with Zeiss’s Flektogon 35mm.

It’s not a cheap lens to try first, but I think it’s a lens that I definitely want you to take into consideration after the second and third old lenses.
